CDEF Buildcon doesn't currently publish individual job postings with fixed deadlines. Instead, we accept applications on a rolling basis across the roles below - fill in the application form and upload your resume, and we'll get in touch when a fit comes up on a live project or in our growing team.

Real ownership, not busywork
Our project leads and site teams carry projects from signed agreement to handover - you see the outcome of your own work, not a slice of it.
One team, not three vendors
Design, construction and interiors sit under the same roof, so you work alongside people across disciplines instead of in a siloed department.
Growing with the region
