Referral Policy
How existing CDEF Buildcon clients can refer a new project, and how referral rewards work.

1. Overview
CDEF Buildcon's referral program lets an existing client introduce us to someone they know who is planning a construction or interior project. If that introduction leads to a signed project agreement, the referring client receives a referral reward.
2. Eligibility
- The referrer must be an existing or past CDEF Buildcon client - someone who has signed, or previously signed, a project agreement with us.
- The referred person must be a genuinely new enquiry - someone who has not already contacted CDEF Buildcon or been quoted for the same project.
- A person cannot refer themselves, a spouse referring their own joint project, or a company referring its own subsidiary's project, to claim a reward on their own work.
- CDEF Buildcon employees, site staff and empanelled contractors are not eligible to claim referral rewards under this program.
3. How It Works
- Share the referred person's name and contact details with your CDEF project lead, or by writing to info@cdefbuildcon.com with the subject line "Referral".
- We log the referral against your name before contacting the new lead, so the introduction is clearly on record.
- Our team follows the normal process with the referred person - free consultation, site visit, written proposal and, if they choose to proceed, a signed project agreement.
- Once that agreement is signed, the referral reward becomes payable to you.
4. Reward Structure
[draft placeholder] A flat referral reward of ₹10,000 is paid per successfully referred project that reaches a signed project agreement, regardless of project size. This figure, and whether it should instead scale with contract value, is to be confirmed by CDEF Buildcon management before this program is publicised.
5. Payout Timing & Method
The referral reward is paid within [draft: 30 days] of the referred project's agreement being signed and its first milestone payment being received, by bank transfer to an account nominated by the referrer. The referrer is responsible for any applicable tax treatment of the reward under Indian law.
6. Restrictions
- The referral reward cannot be combined with any other ongoing discount or promotional offer on the same project unless CDEF Buildcon agrees otherwise in writing.
- This program is intended for genuine personal introductions between individuals, not for commercial lead-generation. CDEF Buildcon does not pay fees, commissions or any form of revenue share to real-estate brokers, property dealers or other commercial intermediaries for referrals under this program.
- CDEF Buildcon reserves the right to decline a referral reward where there is reasonable evidence of an attempt to game the program (for example, duplicate or self-referrals).
7. Changes to This Program
CDEF Buildcon may modify, pause or end this referral program, or change the reward amount, at any time. Changes apply to referrals made after the change is published here; a referral already logged under the earlier terms will still be honoured under those terms.
