1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing cdefbuildcon.com or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. These Terms apply to use of the website itself; the delivery of any actual construction or interior design project is separately governed by a signed written project agreement between you and CDEF Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.
2. Description of Services
CDEF Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is a direct construction and interior design contractor. We are not a marketplace, aggregator or lead-broker connecting you to third-party vendors - we plan and execute residential construction, commercial construction and interior design work ourselves, with our own in-house and empanelled project teams, under a written project agreement and a milestone-based payment schedule.
This website is informational: it describes our services, service area, typical process, and lets you submit an enquiry or use our cost estimator. Figures shown on the cost estimator are indicative planning-stage ranges, not a binding quotation.
3. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms
- Attempt to interfere with the website's security, including bypassing form protections such as reCAPTCHA
- Copy, scrape or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission
4. Your Responsibilities When You Contact Us
When you submit an enquiry, you are responsible for providing accurate contact and project details. Any proposal, quotation or timeline we share is based on the information available to us at that time - including information you provide and what we observe at a site visit - and may be revised once full scope is confirmed in writing.
5. Quotations, Proposals & Agreements
Nothing on this website, in a cost-estimator result, or in preliminary conversation constitutes a binding offer by CDEF Buildcon. A project is confirmed only once both parties sign a written project agreement setting out scope, cost, payment milestones and timeline. That signed agreement takes precedence over any earlier discussion, brochure or website content, including our downloadable guides.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content - text, layout, graphics and the CDEF Buildcon name and logo - is owned by or licensed to CDEF Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Photographs of completed CDEF projects shown on this website, including our projects and gallery pages, are owned by CDEF Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client, and may be used by us for portfolio and marketing purposes consistent with our project agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided "as is", for general information. While we try to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that content on this site - including indicative cost ranges - is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, CDEF Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content alone, as distinct from a signed project agreement, which remains the governing document for any actual project.
8. Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party sites, such as our social media profiles or a Google Maps embed. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site.
9. Cancellation of a Project
If you need to cancel a signed project with us, that process - including refund treatment of any advance paid - is governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms, and any project agreement entered into with CDEF Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website or these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
